I made Popsicle smoothie:
Ingredients:
Soursop - using only white fruit, no seeds and no skin
Bananas
1/4 cup plain yogurt
Almond milk - plain or vanilla
Add ingredients all together. Ingredients all depends on how thick you like your smoothie.
Blend, and pour in mold. Freeze until frozen, then ready to enjoy. So healthy and fresh.
