I made this for lunch. Trying to utilize things I have around my kitchen pantry. Low carb and very healthy.

Can diced tomato, or marinara sauce

I dont ever measure when Im cooking. Go according to how many people your feeding and how much will you be eating.
I used flour tortillas. Heat up the oven to 350. While your oven is heating, sauté up some onions and garlic, add ground beef. Once your beef is fully cooked, add rinsed can black beans. Make sure to always rinse your beans. Season with salt, pepper, cumin, and chili powder. Set aside.
Place your tortilla in the oven and let crisp for about 5 minutes. Keep checking making sure not to burn your tortilla. Take out of the oven once crispy.
To make yogurt cilantro sauce:
Blend yogurt with garlic, cilantro, lime juice, salt and pepper.
Now you can start adding ingredients to tortilla.
You can use store bought salsa or make your own. I made my own with tomatoes, onion, garlic, lime, cilantro, and jalapenos. Salt and pepper.
Add tomato or marinara sauce first to tortilla, some cheese, then meat and bean mix. Add olives. More cheese. Then put tortilla back in oven till cheese is fully melted. About 5 minutes. Once done. Take out of oven, slice tortilla pizza into 4. Put onto a plate, add lettuce, olives, and salsa. Drizzle with yogurt sauce. Eat and Enjoy !
