I've been juicing fruits and vegetables at least once a week.  I got started juicing ever since my dad was hospitalized for Tuberculosis, which is a potentially serious infectious disease that mainly affects the lungs.  Tip for all you smokers. QUIT SMOKING!!! AND VAPING!!!

He's has been hospitalized 2 weeks in the hospital.  When he got out of the hospital he's been feeling dizzy.  The dizzy feeling was all the pills doctors where prescribing him.  I told my dad he needs to look into the pill doctors where prescribing.  Just because there was a lot of mix pills he was taking.  I told him that needed to change, and only take what you really need.  Most pills doctors prescribe, are most that you really don't need.  I told my dad he needs to start drinking lots of water, avoid alcohol, and eat lots of fruits and vegetables.

I started juicing for both my parents, mainly for their health.  They both had high blood pressure and cholesterol. I told them the only way to get rid of that is just to eat healthy.  This is how I started juicing.  Im always finding natural ways to heal your body from the inside.  My dad has anxiety, so doctors were giving him pills for anxiety.  That was one pill that was causing his dizziness.  Imagine him mixing pills. Not good for you.  I had my dad try CBD oils.  Its help him to relax.

My dad has been feeling so much better now.  He's always working so hard in his garden.  He loves to plant lots of vegetables.  He grows a lot of vegetables, he's always giving them away.

Whenever I juice, sometimes I'll save the leftover pulp that comes out of the juicer to make bread.  I usually will throw the pulp in my compost to feed the worms.  The worms in my compost are happy.
I like to reuse food scraps. Its a satisfying feeling that you've created something good for something that was going to waste.

This is the carrot and apple pulp that I saved to make bread

Carrot apple bread recipe

Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray one 9x5 inch loaf pan with floured cooking spray, or grease and flour the pan. Set aside.

In a large bowl, add the first 8 ingredients, through nutmeg, and whisk to combine.
Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, (optional) and fold with spatula or stir gently with a spoon until just combined, don't overmix.
Add the carrots, apples, juice and fold gently to combine.  Turn batter out into the prepared pan, smoothing the top lightly with spatula.  (Batter is very thick, this is what you want)

Bale for about 45 to 52 minutes.  Or until the top is golden, and the center is set, and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, or with a few moist crumbs, but no batter.

Allow bread to cool in pan for about 15 minutes before cutting.   Once cooled.  Enjoy.
